Julian qualified as a barrister in 1994 and has held senior in-house legal positions in a number of blue chip organisations including GE, British American Tobacco and Vivendi-Universal. He was General Counsel of the listed private equity vehicle Baltimore Capital plc between 2004 and 2007 and has considerable international experience. Julian has also been appointed director and company secretary of both private and listed companies.
Julian read law in London and Paris and was awarded an MBA by London Business School in 2006.

Prior to joining Northpoint Philip held overall responsibility for the development and ongoing management of the typesetting and digital communication department of a city-based financial printer for five years. As part of his role as production Director Philip is involved in the testing of all new hardware and software products, advanced security products and making recommendations to the board to ensure that Northpoint has the most secure and up-to-date typesetting and online editing systems available.

Philip has worked on many prestigious and highly sensitive documents in the past, including working with Lloyds TSB and with the majority of the major investment banks. Philip is a Founding Shareholder of Northpoint Printing Ltd.

Piers has 22 years experience in confidential, transactional document production, including fund documents and annual reports. He has an extensive knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and also has extensive UK offshore and international experience. Piers works with a large variety of investment banks, fund administrators, insurance companies, law firms and PLCs. He was called to the Bar in 2003.

Chris is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW). He has worked with a variety of businesses during his career and his last role in profession was with KPMG Transaction Services. Chris continues to advise a number of publicly listed companies.

Matt is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and a member of the ICAEW, with over 10 years experience of working in Financial Services. Prior to joining Northpoint, Matt spent 12 months at Credit Suisse managing the IFRS restatement project for Credit Suisse International, and 3 years as Head of Financial and Management Reporting at Man Group Plc, a leading alternative investment management business. Prior to this, Matt spent 6 years within Financial Control at Credit Suisse in a number management roles and latterly acting as the entity controller for CS London Branch.

Jay has been a financial print typesetter and artworker for 6 years and is fully conversant with a multitude of software applications and design techniques.

Northpoint Printing is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathryn Delevingne as Business Development Manager. Latterly Kathryn worked as a business development executive for Kantar World Panel, the leading market research and business analysis company, building strong relationships with several global blue chip FMCG organisations. Prior to this she worked at Thesis Asset Management. Kathryn graduated from Nottingham University in Sociology & Social Policy in 2006 and then studied law at BPP Law School. Kathryn is a great communicator and has broad experience in company law, litigation and IP. Kathryn is a very accomplished equestrian and has ridden at national level at the country’s most respected horse shows, including Horse of the Year Show and Royal International Horse show.

Rachel is a freelance designer who has worked closely with Northpoint’s clients for a number of years and has worked alongside many London-based design agencies. She has a wealth of experience, particularly in the concept and design of Annual reports for prominent PLCs and large companies.
